What is Daymi?

How is Daymi different from task managers like Asana or Monday.com?

Do I need to replace my existing systems to use Daymi?

Daymi is a tool that consolidates and replace your legacy tracking tools such as spreadsheet checklists, outlook reminders, scattered procedure documentation, spreadsheet contact lists, issue logs and much more. 

With Daymi you consolidate your existing scattered way of tracking and proving your job. 

Can I track approvals and sign-offs in Daymi?

Yes. Every control can have an approval flow added to it, requiring two users to mark it as done for the control to be completed.

The approval flow also includes the option to choose who should approve it and notifies that person with a comment via email, eliminating manual handovers.

Can I keep my procedures in Daymi?

Yes, Daymi allows you add your procedure to a specific task. That means that everyone always has access not only to who should do what, and at what time. But also how to actually carry out the specific task reducing errors and key man risk. 

Our procedures has full revision change, meaning you can always show your auditor what changes happened last period. 

Does Daymi support single sign-on?

Yes, Daymi supports SSO with Microsoft Azure AD, allowing you to sign in using the same credentials as your Microsoft account. Enabling SSO ensures that Daymi's password policies align with your company's security policies, reducing the risk of users relying on less secure passwords.

Additionally, SSO centralizes user access management, making offboarding more efficient.

What else is included in Daymi? Our platform allows you to log issues, import your contact list, schedule your staff, see stock exchange holidays, create scorecards, analyze performance data and much more.
How does Daymi protect my data?

Security is a top priority and we've built it with bank grade security. We meet the highest industry standards, ensuring all data is encrypted, access-controlled, and stored securely.

Our primary and disaster recovery sites are both located in Sweden. 

Is Daymi compliant with DORA and other regulations? We’re actively working on DORA compliance and have annexes in place, and follow best practices in security and oversight. Our platform is designed to support regulatory needs, making it easier for teams to stay compliant.
